TFC, a provider of full life cycle IT services and experienced in providing IT solutions for the Federal Government, announced the appointment of Dr. Michel Pawlowski as its Vice President of Emergency Managment. In this role, Dr. Pawlowski will oversee our Emergency Management division which will facilitate partnership development between Federal, State and local government and the private sector to lay the foundation for coordinated emergency preparedness. He will also assist in the development of new and improved policy and strategies to enhance State and local emergency preparedness and provide expertise in Emergency Management as it pertains to Mobile Operations, Readiness, Response and Recovery.
With over 20 years at FEMA, Dr. Michel Pawlowski, D.Sc., CEM is a professional in Emergency Management with an in-depth understanding of community and government operations at the National, regional, state and local level of government. Through his leadership, Dr. Pawlowski has held management and executive roles to develop and justify innovative ways to implement specific agency programs and policies. His expertise includes Emergency Management, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Leadership & Team Building and Building Coalitions/Communications.
Dr. Pawlowski earned his Doctor of Science in Engineering Managment from The George Washington University and his Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University (ICAF).
